What you can expect from us:

• Multifix Medicals and Consultancy Limited will address your concerns in a timely manner and investigate opportunities to improve our services.
• Your complaint will be acknowledged by telephone text message or in writing via email within the shortest timeframe.
• You will be provided with the outcome of our investigation within 20 days where possible.
• If the complaint is not resolved within 20 days, you will be kept informed and updated.
• Investigations are managed sensitively and confidentially in line with privacy regulations.
